What is Foster or Transitional Care?
Christian Homes & Family Services foster parents stand in the gap between biological parents and forever families. The ministry provides three types of foster or transitional care: Transitional Care for Infants All three types of transitional care are designed to provide the same loving care as children know with their biological families or will ultimately know with their adoptive family – just on a temporary basis.
